1) bad distributor, rotor, plugs and wires: ~$180
2) thrashed timing belt: ~$300
3) munged ignition coil: ~$195

percentage of damage that dealership sees as "quick oil change" place's fault:

*sigh*

plus side? i rode my bike to work all week. i like-a da bike.
