road trip: columbus

so.... the reasons for driving down to columbus were:

o hang out with my ex
o hang out with ex's friends (who i now consider my friend(s) as well)
o goto said ex's 5yr high school reunion
o visit with an undergrad friend who now lives in columbus


all of which turned out just fabulous (there was even a fabulousness committee)

college friend (et al) went shopping with me and ex for a high school reunion get-up (hence the committee) and returned more victorious than i could ever imagine... red plaid skirt, flimsy things from victoria secret, and the best part of it all was the shoes: red leather mary janes with a black cat face on the toe. you really have to see (just imagine them in red leather instead of white) them to appreciate them. had they existed in combat boot form, i would own a pair as well... *sigh* so instead i bought some sea sponge shoes that were on sale. yay. high school reunion was entertaining. it was at some horrible bar where there were two (2) dancing cages up on the dj "stage" thing. i think some guy was trying to pick a fight with me, but he couldn't seem to get me mad enough... no one knew who he was. he reprimanded me for sticking my name tag on my ex's ass while dancing. i shrugged. maybe he was hitting on me? didn't expect that one at an upper arlington hs reunion, but hey... you never know.


however, i don't think was able to contaminate the columbus metro area with my pinkeye.
