sc00t (part 2: the test ride)

this actually took place saturday, but i've been so busy this week, i haven't had time to post! what a luser, i know. anyhow, the test ride?

FUN!

i had a blast. i haven't been on motorized two wheel motion since the asian cowboy incident. (see next post, or as blogspot like to publish them, previous post). there's just something about two wheeled motion that makes me happy. i think it's because, as a kid, i spent a lot of time just cruising around the neighborhoods. sometimes looking for friends to play with, but more often than not, just cruising around. i suppose i could blog specifically about two wheel motion later, this one is about scoots, right?

back to the test ride.

50cc little engines have a decent amount of scoot! nothing awe inspiring, mind you, but certainly punchy enough in the low end to crack a big ass grin on -my- face. and these little squirts weren't as squirelly as i'd assumed they'd be. really responsive, but not overly easy to throw around. just right (again, for a scoot) methinks.

at the first twist of the the throttle, i knew i had to get a motorcycle again... (but only when finances agree with me... *sigh*)

ahhh.... two wheeled motion.
