no news is good news

or so they say. not much to report here in the midwest. my car has been acting up lately so it's in the dealership getting a good look over. expect a report before the end of the day...

this means i've been biking to work. currently, the weather has been grey and nipply. occasionally it opens up to rain, but (*knock* *knock*) not too heavy when i'm on my bike.

i've finally found my old motorcycling gloves last night, so my hands where happy on this morning's commute. now i just need to find appropriate headwear and something a little thicker than the tights i'm currently borrowing... (yeah, borrowing... but i finally put in an order for my own cycling gear, so i don't have/get to wear my friend's stuff anymore... pbbtbhhh!!!!)

amazing how i'll impulse buy all sorts of silly things (usually pc/video game/music related), but when it comes to things i'll use everyday (cycling gear, food, shaving cream) i'm a complete lazy-ass.
